An Exciting Reveal!
The manuscript for my next book, "Why Are We Here? Creating a Work Culture Everyone Wants," is complete. We may be launching at the end of 2024, but that doesn’t mean we’re slowing down. This book has been my most ambitious yet - and admittedly the most challenging to write. I may have to wait to share the book with you but I don’t have to wait to share my key learnings and insights. This month, as I travel to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, throughout Canada and the US - it will be the first time I discuss what the last three years of research, hundreds of conversations with CEOs, experts, scientists, and interviews with employees in all roles and sectors from every corner of the world has revealed.
I promise you, what I’ve learned has forever changed my thinking about how to build the most transformational cultures at work and I am confident it will impact you in the same way. As we ramp up for an exciting year, and because you’re part of our amazing community, we wanted you to be the first to get a sneak peak at some of the cool things we’ve been working on.

We've poured our hearts into crafting a space that truly reflects the essence of my mission as a Future-Focused Workplace Expert. It's also a platform for me to share insights and resources that inspire and motivate.
