The Social - Reverse Bucket List
In Jennifer Moss’ latest appearance on The Social, she discusses the ‘Reverse Bucket List’, a concept that takes stock of what you’ve already achieved to ring in the new year.
Jennifer talked about New Year’s Resolutions, and how they can often end up making us unhappy. Since we tend to have the same resolutions year after year, this can give us the feeling that we’re not effective at our goals, and can be very demotivating if you feel like you’re failing every year.
Alternatively, Jennifer encourages a reverse bucket list, in which we look back at and celebrate our achievements over the last year. If we can focus on what we were able to achieve, it gives us a sense of accomplishment that helps to motivate us to reach our next goals.
her third appearance on The Social, Jennifer is speaking with audiences about mental health, work-life balance, and the importance of relationships and friendships to improve our happiness at work.
