Baby Boomers, with their long tenure and hard-earned expertise, increasingly demand flexibility and wellness programs to combat burnout and adapt to retirement.

The article stresses that all generations share similar fundamental needs, such as flexibility, healthcare, and meaningful work. To address these needs, companies must adopt life stage-specific policies, such as flexible working hours for young parents or phased retirement options for older workers. Creating a culture of openness and empathy can bridge generational divides, promote collaboration, and harness the unique perspectives of each generation to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and engaged.
