I’m lucky to love what I do. But that hasn’t always been the case. After burning out, I went on a mission to help companies both prevent burnout and optimize employee well-being. Let’s agree that the last few years have been hard. It’s why I built this new talk, (re)Discovering Happiness at Work - to give us back its purpose or help someone discover it for the first time.
